Everything happens for a reason …

Losing my mobility for 6 months changed my life, in so many ways. One of the most wonderful things this forced me to do, was to connected with my creativity again. 3 months pre operation I picked up my watercolours, after many years, and started painting again… I have not stopped since.

Creativity became my therapy & my pain relief. My passion. is to inspire others to connect creatively to improve their own well-being. Being creative allows or minds to quieten, it encourages calm and you escape in the process into the most beautiful creative flow.

I look forward to creating a community who will create better lives for themselves through creativity .
