My Creative Flow workshops combine creativity with the art of being present. These workshops are not about creating the perfect masterpiece, they have been created with intention of quietening your mind, connecting with your creativity, having fun, being more present and creating space. If in the process you reveal your inner Picasso then that is an added bonus.
Having worked as a buyer for many years I swapped my corporate career to creating a business that helps others with their own well-being. I am a self taught artist who studied design and reconnected with my creativity as my own medication and healing, when I lost my mobility. The creative process allowed me to switch focus away from. the pain and get lost in the art of creating. It became my therapy and soon become something I wanted to share the therapeutic benefits of with others .
In 2020 I combined my meditation & wellbeing training, with my creativity and start creating online workshops, to help others during Covid . I worked with charities and businesses to engineer creative flow sessions, to suit their staff and service users . I have now created and facilitated over a hundred creative session over the past few years .
I also project manage a creative project for young girls, with Gilded Lily Enterprise CIC in Govan. This project supports and empowers young girls through creativity to increase confidence, reduce stress and improve wellbeing .

MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION
In 2018 I started to deliver my own meditation & mindfulness sessions. I used my own experiences , lessons combined with my teachings from training to create unique workshops and sessions.
These sessions I strive to be impactful and create each one to suit the client, organisation and individual. I do not do what I do to tick a box, I do it to create impact and change.
I can deliver on a whole range of topics and desired outcomes in various formats .
30 - 60 minute sessions to pause and create some calm and quiet reflection
Series of sessions to create consistency and long term impact
Workshops & wellbeing events which are part of a wellbeing program, day or retreat
LIVE EVENT PAINTING by Kim Flower
The LIVE painting service I am providing allows me to create experiences and memories for others, while doing what I love I I paint at pretty much all events I do as i love creating, it is a great use of my time, it is a great way of connecting with people and a great conversation starter
I get asked a lot to create on demand at events , i’m literally put on the spot to create . As a result of this I created a service for events, where I am a live artist and create on demand, during the event .
Weddings being the most popular platform for this although corporate and fund raising events are on the rise for something different . ( live painting is a thing , as I discovered as I started to delve into my research )

I am prolific in painting and bizarrely fast , that was one thing a friend asked about .Turning something I do already, at my markets etc into a more focused experience .., and I get to do what I love paint !
