It spreads so fast and the toxic gets hotter
It’s subtle yet there for all to feel
This energy is bad but oh so real
Why oh why do you carry so much hate
Why oh why do you wish me bad fate
turn your focus towards your heart
That is where you can start
To see that we are all connected
To see that your anger is only reflected
Learn to love others and lift them up
Help to rejoice in another’s full cup
Stop seeing others as a battle
Stop the idle tattle
When you open your heart to everyone
