I am passionate about sharing the benefits of the therapeutic process which became my therapy, during a very challenging time in my life , when I lost my mobility . Creativity is a process that can be used to help us in so many ways as we connect with our creative flow and learn to let go and escape the sometimes chaotic world of our thoughts .
No experience necessary and these workshops are all about the mindful process of creating .
