“All bodies are amazing
You need to stop this gazing
We need to stop this focus
On being skinny as a locus
We need to love our bums
We inherited them from our mums
We need to love our legs
They shouldn’t look like pegs
We need to love our skin
As its what we are living in
We need to love our scars
Treat them like sparking stars
We need to love our wrinkles
That’s how our face twinkles
We need to love our hair
Our heads could be bare
We need to love our feet
They help us walk down the street
We need to love our lips
Forget a lifetime on your hips
We need to love our eyes
They allow us to see those pies
We need to love our freckles
They are beautiful sparkling speckles
We need to love our knees
They help as to climb trees
We need to love our hands
They allow us to play in bands
We need to love our bones
So stop all those groans
We need to love our muscles
Are you the man from Brussels
We need to love our tummies
That’s where we grow into mummies
We need to love our noses
Stop worrying about those poses
We need to love our ears
Without them no one hears
We need to love our heart
Without it we will depart
We need to love our body
And except everybody
”
